[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedl cycle unable to end trip and cancellation of the ride. | |||||
Hi, i am vijay b. I wanted to book a ride on 23th oct 18 at 7.45 pm, so i unlocked the the cycle with no.3182792 at d. P road, bremen chowk, aundh pune. But then with manully unlocking the cycle i deicded end the trip, but i am unable to end it. And my trip is stil going on. At this point of time 19.02 hrs i. E-345 rupees. What should i do about it??? I think the increasing amount will be deducated from my paytm account. I am not able to get to coustomer care also. Was this information helpful? | |||||
