[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedl not ending a trip, money was deducted for the whole night | |||
I had a bitter experience last night. I unlocked cycle 101156 from pedl station at 10.13 pm and somehow unable to ride it so within 2 mins o[censored]nlocking, i submitted the cycle on the same pedl station. While ending the trip, it kept on giving me error stating 'search near by pedl station' whereas i was standing on the station itself. As it was late, i had to leave and my trip didn't end after trying so many times. Money was deducted from my wallet the whole night and the following morning. The trip lasted for 5 hr 2 mins. The customer care seems of no use. I give 0 out of 5 to zoom car support team. Was this information helpful? | |||
