[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedl trip is not ending (even if cycle is not used) via app or website | |||
Hi, i faced a problem today morning that when i tried to unlock the cycle, it did not, however trip was started. I tried to end trip but trip didn't end. Even now, i am getting charged against an open trip of pedl, even if i am not using the cycle. Please end the trip from backend and refund me the charged amount Also, there is no dedicated customer care for pedl which i could contact immediately and end my trip. I am still struggling to contact zoom car support. I sent an email via app as suggested but no response (Except standard one which doesn't promise any resolution of the complaint) Location :- sai vastu apartment, pimple saudagar, pune - 411027 Cycle number :- 102476 Was this information helpful? | |||

We are sorry that you were unable to end the trip. Upon checking we see that the trip has ended.
