[Resolved] Zoom Car Pedl — unable to end pedl trip | |||
I am unable to end the pedl trip as after locking the cycle i am not able to unlock it so i had to leave the cycle where it was locked in cv raman nagar. There is no contact number for support where we can talk to the customer care and resolve this issue. I am constantly getting notifications that money is deducted from my paytm and there some outstanding amount. I request that you kindly look into this and resolve this at the earliest. Step 1: Click on the hamburger menu in the app (three dots on the top left-hand side), Step 2: Select “My Trips”, Step 3: Select “PEDL”, Step 4: Select the trip where issue needs to be reported, Step 5: Follow on-screen instructions.
