A cycle is parked in the private parking and that person uses it everyday. I guess he has his own personal lock to it.
Is it allowed to use these cycles like that?
I mean I have seen him doing it since last 2 years....

I started the trip on cycle no 3170614, today (05/12/18) but as the handlebar was not working properly, had to end the trip, bu the green lever to lock the cycle was missing. As a result, i am unable to end the trip. The cycle is still unlocked, and i tried to go to help and support on the app, but this issue does not find a mention. Pl help, as an outstanding of rs 3 is showing and refund the money.

unable to end pedl trip

I am unable to end the pedl trip as after locking the cycle i am not able to unlock it so i had to leave the cycle where it was locked in cv raman nagar. There is no contact number for support where we can talk to the customer care and resolve this issue. I am constantly getting notifications that money is deducted from my paytm and there some outstanding amount. I request that you kindly look into this and resolve this at the earliest.br...
