Zoom Car — Refund not initiated and it is being over a month

I have booked a zoom car (Mahindra Scorpio) on 01/06/2020, Vehicle Number - MH43BO1319 and completed the trip on the same day, i.e 01/06/2020. I have followed up with them several times via phone calls and emails but no response from their end. I want my refund immediately as it has been heights o[censored]nresponsiveness and unprofessional behavior.
