[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund not initiated and no after sale service | |||
Hi Please be informed I booked car from Zoom car with booking Id JPS6NPE5I on 19th june 2020. My refund needs to come with in 3-5 working days however it didn't came and even I mailed them 7-8 times for the concern but they didn't even bother to contact me or get in touch. I personally complaint also one of their sales manager Vivek gautam he said he will look into this but still no response from his end also from last 3 days. I mailed him also thrice they are harrassing me in this covid19 situtaion when everyone is in need to money and they are not bother to give my hard earned money after 15 days also. I have my parents and grandmother to lookafter and my father and grandmother is on bed they are ill I am already very dipressed and they harrased me mentally as I am in need of money and after requestin so many times they did bother to upadte me.
