Zoom Car — Refund of security and fuel bill reimbursement | |
I hired a car for intercity travel. I had to pay rs 5000 as security and rs 1300 for fuel for the trip. The policy specifically mentioned that the entire amount will be refunded within the next 2 days if the entire payment is done through phonepay platform. But sadly, it has been more than 2 weeks that i haven't gotten any refund from their side. When i kept pestering them by incessant calls on their customer care number, they finally responded by saying that it might take atleast another 3-4 weeks for the refund to be initiated and that they can't do anything about this. And, that the policy guidelines on their app is just their for their legal rights and not that of the customers. I am really disappointed. I am thinking about filing a legal complaintin case in don't get my refund within the next 3-4 days. Was this information helpful? | |
