Zoom Car — Refunds not being processed | |
I have booked 2 vechicles and subsciption from zoomcar which did not work out. I have raised request for refunds for the cancelled bookings. I have not received my refunds for all the 3 bookings which were cancelled. I have tried contacting their customer service, emails, connecting through twitter/facebook but all in vain. They have a standard response that we have some issue on our end. This has been the same issue for 1.5 months. They are deliberately stalling the refunds. Was this information helpful? | |
