Hi, Date of incident : subscribed a car in dec'18 Client : zoom car subscription Incident : zoom car rental subscription amount paid in dec'18 for rental, car marazzo m4. After one month they are not able deliver the vehicle. Then requested for refund. For continuous followup they are not responding all the time payment under approval we will pay. From last 75 days same procedure they are following.
