Zoom Car — security deposit is not been refund even after one month of trip. | |
Hi, I made a booking with zoom car on 16-june-2019 for one day in chennai. Booking id is jps6bv57v. It has been one month since the end of trip, but still my security deposite is not been refunded. Payment summary shows as the amount will be refund by 13-july. But it has been 7 days since the estimated date, still i have not got my refund. Please refund my security deposite as soon as possible. As per your bank, the amount should reflect in your account by Sat, 13 Jul 18:54. We request you to please have a check with your bank once with the ARN number[protected].
