Zoom Car — security deposit is not been refund even after one month of trip.

Hi,
I made a booking with zoom car on 16-june-2019 for one day in chennai. Booking id is jps6bv57v. It has been one month since the end of trip, but still my security deposite is not been refunded.

Payment summary shows as the amount will be refund by 13-july. But it has been 7 days since the estimated date, still i have not got my refund.

Please refund my security deposite as soon as possible.

We did have a check and see that the refund of 2999.0 for your booking JPS6BV57V has been initiated to your Indian Bank debit card. As per your bank, the amount should reflect in your account by Sat, 13 Jul 18:54. We request you to please have a check with your bank once with the ARN number[protected].

Can you please share me the ARN number or the transaction id to the registered mail id or phone number please. I can't see any refund in my bank statement.
I am not even able to call your costumer care agent. Computer voice is keep redirecting me endlessly.

It has been more than month since the trip end. Please make my refund as soon as possible.

So please let me know how can i read the ARN number from your comment. Or send the number to registered mail id or phone number.

make it as soon as possible it has more than 40 days since the booking.

I have droped email two times through contact us page . But have not got any response. I was not even able to connect call with your representative even after trying many times. Why I am not getting proper response from your side. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I want my refund immediately. If its done respond to the email and share the proper ARN number.
