[Resolved] Zoom Car — the cycle is not unlocked and still the trip is continuing | |||
I link my no to Paytm to use the pedl cycle. Then after getting registered in pedl I had entered the 6 digit cycle no. It showed that the cycle is unlocked but it is not. I was not able to used the cycle and also not able to end my trip. The cycle no.100648 is not unlocked and the trip details showing the trip is in progress resulting in I'm getting charged. Since the cycle is not unlocked and the trip is not getting ended. It's being almost an hr and the trip is not getting ended. I don't have cycle with me but still the trip is going on and I'm getting charged. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
