[Resolved] Zoom Car — trip not ending and no action by zoom car | |||||
I logged a complaint for zoom car pedl on 23rd aug 2018 and got case:967806 generated too but after that no response from them inspite of writing 3 follow up emails. Details as below: "i have been trying to end trip for cycle number 103349 (Pune - sus road) since last 1 hour and it always says something went wrong. I have tried umpteen times but to no avail. My meter is still running. I rode the cycle for 23 mins so should be charged only rs 3/-i have locked the cycle at designated place. And if you check my history, you will see i have been riding frequently from the same designated place, kindly assist me in ending the trip and also refund the excess amount in my paytm wallet linked to phone number [protected].
