[Resolved] Zoom Car — try to end the trip | |||
Hello. I was trying to book a pedl cycle in jm road, pune but by mistake, when i was try to scan qr code at the same time someone else also scan the qr code (Said by him) and he took the cycle with him. After some time i saw the message and immediatly try to end the trip but i cannot end the trip. Now it seems someone else is using the cycle and i cannot end the trip. And my money is also being charged as it is connected with my paytm wallet. I had already informed to customer support but still i am getting the messages. I have typed a wrong code no. 101581 and this code no. Cycle is standing in casa Bella which is 8 km away from my place .Pls resolve the issue as I am being charged since then.
