Hi team,

I booked a cycle 101122 stationed at my home location & unable to used it, also unable to end trip. I am being charged for the complete 1 day ride as well. Also my cycle is missing from the pedal station. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

Literally I am really fed up with pedal zoom services now. Please find below the details for your closing efforts :

Starting Station: Casa rio club house
Current Location: casa rio Pallava city pacifica D
Exact Issue:
I booked a cycle 101122 stationed at my home location & unable to used It, also unable to end trip. I am being charged for the complete 1 day ride as well.also my cycle is missing from the pedal station.
And now pedal zoom has deducted ₹35 from my Paytm account without having used the cycle.
And they have ended my trip along with the deduction.

Request you to please refund my ₹35 amount back to my Paytm wallet.

Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.
