Hi team, After i booked cycle it did not get unlocked. When i tried to end trip it says “request time out”. I am unable to end it since then. I have been charged for about 5 hours now. Kindly help in getting the trip end. Also no amount should get deducted from my paytm account as i was unable to take the trip.
