[Resolved] Zoom Car — unable to end the trip after properly locking the cycle | |||
Booked cycle no. 3242538. It shows on my phone that the cycle has been unlocked when it actually hasn't. I'm not able to unlock the cycle nor am i able to cancel the trip. I tried to manually unlock it but to no avail. And now it saying me to pay 73 rupees (Still counting) and already it took 57 rupees from my paytm account, even i couldnt send email, while trying to send mail it showing that something went wrong. Whats wrong with you guys And please make sure that you have a dedicated customer care number exclusively for pedl. Was this information helpful? | |||

We are sorry for the trouble caused, please raise your concern through the application for us to have the same checked. Step 1: Click on the hamburger menu in the app (three dots on the top left-hand side), Step 2: Select “My Trips”, Step 3: Select “PEDL”, Step 4: Select the trip where issue needs to be reported, Step 5: Follow on-screen instructions.
