Zoom Car — unable to end the trip/lost money 130 rupees | |||||
Hello pedl team, this is extremely urgent. I am using pedl service in kouthrud, Pune. My cycle number is 3243378 .. I unlocked the cycle and my trip started since on 17 sep 2018 evening 6.09 pm. I tried ending the trip 17 sep 2018, 06:33 mp but i am unable to end the trip. Please help this is urgent. It been 29 hrs unable to end the trip. Please end the trip and refund my money back. And the most annoying fact is you dont have an instant helpline number service, in such discrepancies and emergency situations. I request you to immediately end the trip and refund my money back. 4 times i contact to customer support team by mail, but no body can help me... Thanks, Akash Biswal. I went for a ride on 13 September 2018. After around a little more than half an hour, I completed the trip but the ride isn't still ending. And money is getting deducted. Please look into as a priority.

My cycle no is 3168847. I am trying to end the trip since one hour but it is not happening also unable to contact concerned person regarding the same.
Kindly end the trip immediately & refund the excess amount.
