[Resolved]  Zoom Car — unable to end trip for cycle no 100377

Hi sir,
Yesterday at 7:30 am when i tried to unlock the cycle with no. 100377 at kalpataru estate phase1 pune, it did not unlocked, however trip was started. I tried to end trip but trip didn't end. Even now, i am getting charged against an open trip of pedl, even if i am not using the cycle. Please end the trip. I raised a complaint and sent a mail. But there's no response from your team. Please respond quickly.
Plz end it as soon as possible.
Worst experience with pedl.

In case, there is an excess deduction of amount debited from your Paytm wallet. Please share the below details, we shall have a check and process the refund for the same. Kindly share us the request details at [protected]@zoomcar and also share the screenshot of your Paytm wallet which shows the amount deduction for the PEDL booking.
