[Resolved] Zoom Car — unable to end trip on pedl for at least half hour | |||
I have parked the cycle at the right parking spot and trying to end the trip but unable to do so. And i am being charged for it still. There is no customer care number to help also. I tried to force end the trip and unable to do that as well. Worst service ever without any customer support. How am I supposed to end trip? Pleas help. I am still being charged from my Paytm account. And also this is not the first time it has happened like this to me. Please check attached photos for this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hello, I am using pedl service opposite to shivanjali hotel, Pashan-Sus road, Pune cycle number is 102313.. I unclocked the cycle and my trip started since morning 8.49 pm. And the cycle wasnt unlocked. I tried ending the trip but im unable to end the trip. Please help this is urgent.
