I am unable to start a trip while scanning the barcode of a cycle. Getting error "you have an open complaint from your last trip. Unfortunately, you cannot start another trip until the complaint gets resolved."
On 8th sept 2018 i had started trip with cycle no 3181854 at 11:55 am (Location in front of abhilasha porwal road lohegaon). I travelled for around 24 mins and locked cycle successfully at (In front of kailas dham gym).
I have received the confirmation message for the same and rs 3.00 was debt from my
paytm account. Attach is a copy of the message which i have received for the same.
But now when i start another trip i get above mentioned error "you have an open complaint from your last trip. Unfortunately, you cannot start another trip until the complaint gets resolved" i have never log an complent regarding this still it shows open complent as "unable to end trip" in my trips and also does not show end trip location.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. I will be not responsible for this if any thing goes wrong.

Attaching copy of message received from
zoomcar (Vk-zoomcr) for cycle 3181854 locked at a pedel station and ended the trip.
