[Resolved] Zoom Car — unauthorized deduction | |||
I have subscribed to pedl cycle for one month with rs. 49/- on 06 oct, 2018 At start i got free 1hr rides daily but today 21st oct, 2018 my money is getting deducted even i have subscribed with monthly plan. Total rs 9/- got deducted please refund me back and let me know whats the reason? So shall i use further pedl or not? Will it cost me again? I am using this in kolkata. Unable to end my trip, just around 10 mins.still not workin. Its been charging.

Step 1: Click on the hamburger menu in the app (three dots on the top left-hand side), Step 2: Select “My Trips”, Step 3: Select “PEDL”, Step 4: Select the trip where issue needs to be reported, Step 5: Follow on-screen instructions.
