[Resolved] Zoom Car — unethical massive behavior with customer and threatening | |||||
Dear respected sir, Sub : settelement for the booking : jps621nlu I've booked a zoom car on[protected] and paid rs. 5000/- as a security deposit & rs. 1010/- rs as travel charges but during the travel, The car got break-down and service team toll the vehicle and left us on roadside without arranging any other cab/car service. But however, we understood and went to our hometown by arranging another transport vehicle with our own expenses and informed the same with customer support team on the same day. But after 2 days i received a call from zoom service team and they have informed us the car damages charges need to pay total 10000/- and you have already deposited 5000 as security deposit & remaining 5000 /- need to be paid. I was shocked & surprised to hear that the damages charges need to be paid by the customer. Here i would like to inform you i've not made any physical accident or physical damage. Its a breakdown due to the faulty car, In addition, every car having the insurance then why the zoom car team did not claim the insurance & why they are harassing the customer to bear the repair /service charges and behaving unethically. Here, i have to demand to pay the charges since you guys left myself & my family on a highway road and demand to pay an amount of 15, 000/- rs towards compensation for the deprivation, harassment, inconvenience, mental agony, caused to me & my family but as a respective customer i've not made any legal complaint. Therefore, settle this matter with the available security deposit & close the issue immediately. Therefore, i request your esteemed authorities in view of the above consider my request sympathetically, and direct your respective authorities not to present any legal notices hereinafter.
