Zoom Car — unnecessary outstanding added to my account

I booked the car but the car which i got was damaged soo it took around 40 mins to change my car so i asked them for 1 hour extend and they agreed for that. The extend which they gave me was manual extend which cannot be shown in the zoomcar app. They told me that i can give the car 1 hour late and no outstanding charges will be applied. But i wanted 1 more hour soo i extend my booking for one more hour by the zoom car app. I also had a word with zoomcar customer care executive about my problm they said that you can return the car 1 hr late even when you extend it by your own by zoomcar app. But the next day i got outstanding amount due to late return. I have given my email and my phone no. As well. Waiting for your reply
