[Resolved] Zoom Car — unnecessary outstanding amount | |||
I booked the vehicle and collected at 7:20pm on 13th october from kokane chowk branch and i returned the vehicle at 10:30pm the same night. I had booked elite i20 for 60km free and paid advance amount of 680 as fair charges. But when i returned the vehicle the vehicle collector told me you have used 349km and pay the outstanding amount of rs.3500. Fuel while collecting was 90% and while handing over back the vehicle fuel was 75-80%. And total as per google maps route i have travelled around 60kms only then how the reading shows 349kms extra run. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have not received the refund of the security deposit that was supposed to be credited in my account by Jun 17th 2017. An immediate call with the customer care would be a lot of help.
