[Resolved]  Zoom Car — unnecessary vehicle damage/cleaning charges

Hi,
This is regarding my booking id - jps6feg1o.
Charges of vehicle damage/cleaning has bee charged to me unnecessarily.
No accident or similar incident took place during the trip to cause vehicle damage.
Also, cleaning charges which i believe is absolutely unnecessary even though we returned the vehicle tidely.
I have been following up with guys named sunil verma who said your charges will be refunded as the vehicle damage was from some earlier booking.
It has been more than 2 weeks but have not received my refund.
The guys named sunil verma is not even picking up the call now.

We did check and see that our team did check and shared an update on the complaint raised. The charge levied is valid. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reduce/reverse the charge.

Helo sir, my self kashif khan mk ([protected])kash.mk.[protected]@gmail this my email id and i wantvto delete accpunt permanently please help me out...because in my acccount there was and others DL was approved because of that iam getting trouble many times please kind take my compaint soon and deleted my account DL name(Sharavan n patil).

I have booked zoom car on 4 march 2019 - 12.30pm to 10.30pm...tata tiago mh43bg6866, , , ID- JPS6F21NP... i have evidence that nothing damaged had been done to car...zoomcar has fined me unnecessarily...fine amount 2000/-
