[Resolved]  Zoom Car — urgent : unable to lock pedl cycle

Hi,

Today i took pedl cycle for half an hour but i am not able to lock cycle manually so not able to end tour. Because of this money is getting deducted from paytm account. Kindly do needful. I have used cycle for just half an hour but paying for almost more than 4 hours. And i am not able to lock it so can not keep it anywhere else on road in fear of getting stollen by anyone.
Even I dropped a mail to zoomcar with all the cycle details, then also no response I am getting from mail also. Also any helpline number is not there.
