[Resolved] Zoom Car — zap associate getting cheated, cornered, money extraction by zoom policies | |||
Hi my name is gururaj i had subscribed for zap costing close to 26000 per month Bookings went terrible only 30% and in the next month no revenue, When i spoke for termination they are charging me very huge money If i want to keep the car they are asking me to pay monthly 26000 Or They will make my life hell by taking legal action and my cibil score gets affected Literally cornered by zap policies Kindly people dont subscribe for zoom car its a rubbish money making platform by zoom by writing down their own policies.. I'm facing the same issue, they wont talk about our concerns. They only look for reasons that favours them, and simply ignores all.
One of the worst part is they wont communicate very often and no straight way to talk to them expect to raise tickets from their platform even those tickets gets closed without proper resolution.
I've been trying to raise tickets from last 2 months regarding my car servicing and worst part is no one showed up and my car been blocked for few days everytime so that i cant use it. Even those days you need to pay for the subscription .
Worst service ever. If you decided to go for this without having any concerns with car maintanance or any other kind of issues that you can take care yourself. Then go for it.

From one month they are not able to solve my issue, ,
You keep changing your policy and for the money paid in advance your charging penalty, , if the Vechicle doesn’t get the bookings why the user has to bear huge loss if he goes for termination they demand huge money, , ,
YOUR POLICIES KEEP CHANGING AND THOSE CHANGES ONLY FAVOURS YOU ..totally money making platform irrespective of the business done by zoom, because you are taking money in advance from Subscribers. If the business goes for a toss the zap associate money paid in advance already in zoom account, and you ask for the next month advance, , if the zap associates does not pay you put daily 300Rs penalty .. and send them legal notice .. The subscriber is literally cornered by your policies..
He has to pay money or you put them fine if he is not in a position to make money you will handle legally..
You people write so beautifully on your website for subscribers attention
The customer subscribe for peanut earnings later he has to loose huge money because he has to keep the car for min 6 month or end up paying huge penalties and legal action if he is not in a position to make payments..
Dear zoom You Run Prepaid business, , NOT POST PAID..
Why do you penalise, , the associate for prepaid business...
