[Resolved] Zoom Car — zoom car blacklisting | |||
I am a regular customer with zoom car. Zoom car has blacklisted me for no reason and i havent been notified of any reason for blacklisting. When i tried to book a car in zoom, i am getting "you are blacklisted by zoom car and you will not be able to use our services". I am not getting any support from customer care. Verified Support Apr 18, 2019 Zoomcar Customer Care's response Hello Siddharth, Greetings! Upon checking, we found that your licence has been approved under another account with the email ID - [protected]@gmail.com.
