[Resolved] Zoom Car — zoom car not refunded full amount | |
Booking id: jps6f4fl9 Car: ford figo I have taken car on 10june2019 and after 12 or 13 days i was facing mechanical issue with the car. So i visit fleet and taken reported this issue and got replacement car thru manual hand over and successfully returned on 30june 2019. Ford figo - 5007 For the first car i have uploaded fuel bills of 4, 000 inr. But for the second car i was not able to. Upload because it was not showing in a application. Then i have send email with fuel bill of 10, 081 inr After number calls and follow up i have received refund of first car fuel cost 4, 000 inr and 11, 096 inr second car state permit charges. There's still pending reimbursement of 10, 081 of fuel for 2, 405 km in 20 days. I hope above mentioned scenario is clear and all bills have been received by zoom team. For the reimbursement.
