[Resolved] Zoom Car — zoom car pedal ride started and i am unable to unlock or end trip since morning 6.34am | |||||
Dear team, Please look into my case..in the morning i tried taking the bicycle on rent through paytm.. To unlock the cycle i put in the cycle number which is 100218 from rosedale plaza kolkata. But unfortunately the trip started but the bicycle didn't got unlocked. I tried unlocking it manually but nothing happened. I tried to end my trip afterwards but still it was not successful.. The cycle is still there at pedl location but in app its showing that the trip is started and its continuously charging me. I have been trying to end the trip but its not going through at all. Please end the trip from your side at the earliest and refund my amount. I have been getting sms from your website to pay more for my continuous trip which is in actual i have not used.
