[Resolved] Zoom Car — zoom subscribe program zap cheating | |||
Dear sir, I ended my zap subscription for ford figo ka 03 af 1135 on may 15th 2018. Till now they did not do the final settlement and no one is responding to my emails. Also they did not send the invoice for the month of may 18 and this will attract more tax. From the toll free number also they removed the option to talk to support representative. ZAP support is not even responding when I ask for the May month invoice. If they are not cheating why can't they provide me with the invoice.

This complaint is because there is not response from your support team(zap.[protected]@zoomcar.com). Now you are asking me to contact the same team. What kind of joke is this.
My subscription ended in the middle of May month, I need to get half of my May month subscript fees back which would be around 11, 000(22, 000 divided by 2).
