[Resolved] Zoom Car — zoomcar pedl bicycle @ anna nagar metro station | |||||
To whomsoever concerned, I booked a pedl bicycle having number 100889 stationed at anna nagar station on 19th feb 2018 location & used it for around 6min minutes, but unable to end trip till now, whichshows the same message repeatedly. I am being charged for more than 10hrs ride. Also, the customer care number only has computerised msgs and is unable to direct me in this issue. At this juncture, i'd like to end the trip as soon as possible and refund the money to the concerned paytm account.
