Zoom Pedal — I'm complaining about unable to end trip

Today in the morning 6.21 am, when i scan code trip has started, but the lock did not unlock. M contunously trying to unlock the lock. But its not working. I m frustrated not.. U guys keep messaging me to park this cycle to pedl station.. How can i park the lock cycle.. N my money was continously deducting by paytm.. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
