Today morning around 9:50 am (5 dec 2018), opposite to kfc i found 5 cycles in that one cycle no:3193086 i scanned to unlock but unlock not happend, but trip is started there itself i ended trip but not happend till now i not able to end this trip. Without unlocked cycle how can i park that pedl station. Even am not used that cycle somebody parked there. This is very bad experience. Please as early as possible and give back my money....

I took the cycle from Indiranagar metro. I tried to end the trip by locking the cycle. But it's not happening. My money is getting deducted from my account. How long should I need to wait to get this rectified. What if all my balance got deducted. Plz respond and give a solution.

I booked a cycle 3248997 stationed near my home location & unlocked it but noticed that i won't be able able to use it as one of its pedal was missing. So i ended the trip immediately in app and paid the min amount rs 3 for the same. Then used another cycle and paid for it. But when i opened the app at night. It was showing an unpaid balance of rs 60 for 10hrs and rs 3 as paid. Tried to end trip in app but i am unable...

Today in the morning 6.21 am, when i scan code trip has started, but the lock did not unlock. M contunously trying to unlock the lock. But its not working. I m frustrated not.. U guys keep messaging me to park this cycle to pedl station.. How can i park the lock cycle.. N my money was continously deducting by paytm.. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible....
