Zoomcar — 46 days passed refund not received | |||
Its been 46 days now for my booking cancellation and the refund is not yet provided to me. I tried enormous ways to contact zoomcar customer support but none responded to my emails or calls. They are continuously denying response and am suffering for my money which is stuck with them due to their careless & intolerable behaviour. It’s My second Attempt to lodge a complain against them but no positive response yet. Booking details - Booking date - 29/8/2020 Booking id- JPS6NDXUZ Booking email id- [protected]@gmail.com Booking mobile no- [protected] Booking cancellation reason- their uncapability to provide door assistance for car delivery which they notified me on msgs.
