Zoomcar — Blacklisted for no apparent reason.

I recently downloaded zoomcar and booked a car, the host cancelled for no apparent reason so I was forced to search for another car as soon as possible. After finding a car and trying to rent it I found that I have been blacklisted by zoomcar without any notice or reason. I am in a rush to rent a car and am unable to do so. I have written an email and contacted the customer service number but to no avail and after checking the complaints I am doubtful a resolution is going to be possible.
