I dont want be part of Zoomcar Host Program.
Many times I requested them to terminate my car from the program, but still now there was no response. I changed my city on sept28th and still the gadgets are not removed which is causing battery drain issue.
I lost my one momth payout as well for booking id JPSN782YY

I dont want to continue with zoomcar host,

please help me to...

Hi team, battery is getting drained post servicing done by their partner garage. They damaged original paint as well and dropped car with drained battery. I had to replace it with new battery.. again facing drainage issue.. chasing their team for more than 2 months.. i am not able to use car nither for my self nor for sharing…

    Hi, I signed up for Zoomcar a couple of years back with a committee official mail, and hence every time I make a booking, the same email is used for intimation, which multiple people have access to. Further, my Driver's license including my personal details are mentioned in the account. Hence please help me change the email id to my personal email, I am ready to furnish whatever proof is required to that extent....

    My booking was from 30th September to 3rd October 2022. Booking ID: JPSN72TT5.
    My car broke down in the middle of the trip, (2nd October) The company told they will tow the car away. First of all it is so difficult to contact the company. At least 10 email ids have gone unanswered and they hardly pick up calls.
    It has been 10 days and no communication from them.
    I had to incur additional costs due to last minute car...

    I booked my car and three hrs before the ride zoomcar cancelled my booking without stating any reason. All the deductions they have made themselves and have cut 2000 rupees. This is unacceptable. I haven't cancelled the booking. How could they cancel and then apply charges.
    Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Zoomcar — No Refund from ZoomCar - Car Broke down at the start of the trip and returned the vehicle to them

      I booked Ertiga from 10:30 AM 30 Sep 2022 to 8.30 PM 01 OCT 2022. My BOOKING ID is JPSN7FH27.

      Our car broke down on Sep 30, 2022 around 1.30 PM and we have contacted the Zoom customer car and returned the vehicle, they have promised us that there will be a full refund, since our car broke down at the start of the trip.

      We contacted Zoom car on Oct 10, 2022, they told us that there will not be a refund initially...

      I am Siva Prakasam S and had attached my car Baleno (TN 13 K 0617) with zoomcar amigo from Jan 2022. On Aug 21 2022, a customer named Shanmugam took the vehicle and has not returned the vehicle yet. It seems the car has been stolen and no update yet from the zoom car legal team and also from the police station.

      CSR has been made and no further update from both. It's been three weeks now.

      Had used Zoom car while i was traveling in Goa last month in September 22.After completing journey i returned car back to vendor.
      Now i am chasing them for refund, had tried calling sending multiple emails but no one came back

        On 4th Oct early I booked a self drive car in ZoomCar App for the fair of Rs.3336/- slot was booked for 12:30pm to 8:00pm. Post the payment completion the App showed-up a previous due which is pending of Rs.372/- on Immediate basis I paid the same but the App didn't took the update Since time was about 11:30 I paid the fair of Rs.372 once again thinking on raising a request to ZoomCar we may receive 1 refund later.         Its a break down not an accident. problem with zoom car and now customer support saying no refund. i want to escalate this issue. if not resolved will go to consumer for in with all the proofs. attaching the chat after the break down. i need my money back. this is big time cheating from zoom car. i am ready to go any level f escalation not leaving you lossing my time and money..

        Hi, I am Zoomcar host, my vehicle was on booking with booking id JPSN7DOSW on 30th July and Rs. 4000 of traffic challan was generated during booking. I paid the challan and submitted the receipt for refund within 30 days. Initially they mailed that refund has been raised but not they are saying that we can not process your request as it was settled within 30 days, this has proof... why should i pay for the challan for the Zoomcar guest.

          Zoomcar — I m host on zoom car host my car is not starting

          Since today early morning my car is not started due to your devices and i m continusoly calling customer care zoom car host then could not responding once again again call disconnected while i m call please reply as soon as possible ..If you didn't get me a very quick resolution today, then I will sue you.
