I am writing to file a complaint against Zoomcar regarding my account being blocked without proper explanation or resolution.
When I try to book a vehicle, the application displays the message "Suspicious activity noticed with your account", and I am unable to proceed with any booking. I have not violated any policies and have used the platform normally.
I attempted to contact Zoomcar customer support via email and received only an automated response stating that replies to the email are not monitored. As a result, I have not been able to get any assistance or clarification regarding the reason for this restriction.
Due to this issue, I am unable to use the service even though I have a valid driving licence and verified account. The company has also not provided any proper support channel to resolve the problem.
I request the company to review my account immediately, remove the unjustified restriction, and restore my ability to book vehicles on the platform.
If there is any issue with my account verification or documents, I am willing to provide the required information for verification.
Kindly look into this matter and help resolve the issue at the earliest.
