Zoomcar — Fraud customer care service | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, As an Indian citizen it is my duty to inform about the fraud happening in our country in the online platform. I have made a booking from Zoomcar. The booking was with fuel where the company is responsible for the fuel of the vehicle. During my journey the fuel got exhausted and i had to fuel the vehicle at my own expense. As per the company policy i am supposed to get the refund of the fuel amount which was incurred by me. Unfortunately till date i haven't received my refund amount and also the customer care service is designed in a way that only if they need anything we will be able to contact them. If there is no upcoming journey the call won't get connected. I have been trying to connect the customer care in various method and hardly 2 or 3 times it got connected, after trying for more than 50 times. They have promised the refund within 30 days but it is more than 70 days and i didn't receive my refund. Moreover i am not able to connect the customer care services properly. I feel this is a fraud and they are avoiding the refund like this. I hope there will be some will be some action taken against this mail to keep the trust of online business engaged in my country and have a faith in Indian consumer complaints forum.
