Zoomcar — fraud in refund of nexon at subscription cancellation on zap program | |||
I have subscribed to nexon at car on march 04, 2020. Total paid amt: rs 40, 888 for 3yrs subscription. It has been a long time and the unavailability of a car even after regular follow-up, finally, i have confirmed the cancellation of the subscription on july 08, 2020. Within this time i have tried to reach out to customer care by phone but could not connect and to my mails, there is no response to the refund of the amount.
