Zoomcar — I have not received my Referral bonus

This is Sameera memon and i have reffer my friend for Zoomcar host program and he have joined also but now I am getting mail from Zoom car that he have not put my reffer no which is not possible because I was in touch with him and he told me that Zoomcar staff have fill the form and have put my reffer code also
I was in touch with Dherai also who is operation manager in Zoom car, he have also taken my reffer code on watsapp and assured me that they will put it
I think this ground people who is working for Zoomcar are cheeting the host
I would like to request you that please look into it
