I uploaded a wrong document in step 1 and realized it immediately. But had no option to edit the documents, even when we were only on step 2. Tried to add a co driver but could not, because of their outdated user interface. There was no option to add a co driver on the app or the website. Ended up losing a big amount of our payment....

The journey was extremely uncomfortable as neither the AC was working and we felt very hot as it is the summer season, nor the Bluetooth option was working. Also there was a problem regarding the locking of doors in the car. Also, the car was very dirty and we had to throw out...

I had attached my car to Zoomcar host program. One of their customer damaged the right hand side headlight of the car in May 2021. The Zoomcar gave excuse of COVID and states the damage is minor. The headlight costs INR 20000. Zoomcar kept avoiding the repair even after following up with them multiple times. Hence reaching out to this platform in hope of getting the help.
