Zoom cancelled booking at last minute, no refund given

I had made a zoomcar booking, details below.

JPSNIJHKC (Fri, 15 Sep, 08:00AM to Sun, 17 Sep, 08:00PM)

I received the host details and the location previous night and confirmed details for pickup and other formalities.
Over the midnight while I was travelling to the place I got a message from the host saying his car met with accident last week and the zoomcar is having a bad customer care for the same....

Profile verification and adding Co driver

I uploaded a wrong document in step 1 and realized it immediately. But had no option to edit the documents, even when we were only on step 2. Tried to add a co driver but could not, because of their outdated user interface. There was no option to add a co driver on the app or the website. Ended up losing a big amount of our payment....

Complaint against the host, Mr. Vivek Poddar with car number MH46AU7245

We had book a car from the zoomcar platform from 12th May to 14th May, 2023, whose host is Mr. Vivek Poddar. The car was Renault Kwid with the car number MH46AU7245. The journey was extremely uncomfortable as neither the AC was working and we felt very hot as it is the summer season, nor the Bluetooth option was working. Issues with the Extra Charges and Pick and drop location were different from App

Traffic challan fee refund

Hi, I am Zoomcar host, my vehicle was on booking with booking id JPSN7DOSW on 30th July and Rs. 4000 of traffic challan was generated during booking. I paid the challan and submitted the receipt for refund within 30 days. Initially they mailed that refund has been raised but not they are saying that we can not process your request as it was settled within 30 days, this has proof... why should i pay for the challan for the Zoomcar guest....

Car damage done by customer not repaired by Zoomcar Host Program

I had attached my car to Zoomcar host program. One of their customer damaged the right hand side headlight of the car in May 2021. The Zoomcar gave excuse of COVID and states the damage is minor. Car damaged completely need to repair as new

M y car number KA MP 51 8189, I had issue with booking number JPSN7Q50J and customer name HARSH GOURISARIA, he took the car on 6th may 2022 Friday he used to drop on same day 11:30 pm today 11th may 2022 go car today morning in my location after several follow ups with customer care.
