My car booking was cancelled from owners end by scamming me for otp.
I rented a maruti brezza from 5 am 16th june to 8pm 17 th june .
The owner switched off his phone after cancelling leaving me stranded in an unknown city and an isolated area.
it has been three days since i raised a complaint and i havce not received and call or email regarding the issue.
i want full refund from my booking.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have booked zoomcar booking"jpsnjrpwy" for my family trip from[protected]:00 pm ist[protected]:00 pm ist. I went to the location o 07 june at 8:00pm. At the time of taking the vehicle from host, need to check in app and take all the photos and upload. I tried after taking the otp from the host, but got the error which was shown in the attachment.. I tried different ways (Logging off, restarting, resintalling the app) to check in online.. Nothing worked.. I was there for more than 2 hours at the host, still nothing worked.. I tried zoom car help, problem was not resolved. I tried to call on the numbers that they provided (+91-[protected], +91-[protected], +[protected] or +[protected]. Nothing worked. Finally i requested the host and taken the vehicle.

    I raised the complaint thru mail. Nothing wirked. Need the refund for the amount that i paid to them. Total inr 9, 042.00

        Upon arrival at the designated meeting point, I encountered an issue where I was unable to receive the OTP required to unlock the booked car. I attempted to resolve this issue promptly by contacting both your email support and chatbot, but unfortunately, I did not receive any assistance for a significant amount of time.

        As the host could not release the car without the OTP, I was forced to make alternative arrangements and rent a different vehicle, resulting in a wasted day and additional expenses.

        I have already paid for the Zoomcar booking (Booking ID:JPSNJZEZD)and considering the inconvenience caused by the lack of timely support regarding the OTP issue, I request a full refund for this booking.

          IN zoomcar host app i have a ticket id is 2012117 i have 4 cars attached with zoom car HOST program all my 4 cars are not visible to the guest for bookings due to some glitch in host app . i am alraedy tried so many times to connect with them tell all the information regarding the issue but still they are not solving this issue due to that all my 4 cars are standing without any booking since long .
          soo kindly check what is the problem caused and sovle that as soon as possible so that guest can book my car in zoomcar apps.

            I'm from Hyderabad. I have booked a car through the zoom car platform on[protected]. But I wasn't able to unlock the car through the zoom app thus, i did take the car from the host. Then i raised a ticket (ticket id: 1645233), But zoom car team did not revert back till now, though i mailed zoom car team personally.

            Now i requesting to refund my money

Jpsnjqi33, which was not available on the current day due to which i got inconvenienced because i have to rebook and change my pick up location unnecessary i had to pay extra to uber driver due to lack of service from zoom car.                   1. I booked a car WB74 BH 8001, from 30.05.24 to 08.06.24, Booking id: JPSNJLXWS
                  2. On reaching to pick the car on 30.05.24 at around 0850 hrs the host said he didn't get any booking from zoomcar.
                  3. I raised a ticket at around 0900 hrs on 30.05.24, on which they gave an option to rebook, but the search didn't show any result. So I had to leave because my family was also there with me, with all the lagauge.
                  4. Zoomcar responded on whatsapp at 1656 hrs on 30.05.24 with an option to rebook the car within 15 min, which I saw around 1800 hrs, as I was outing with my family.
                  5. Zoomcar didn't respond about the money refunding or any other support.
                  6. The booking was showing non refundable, but what was my fault, they didn't book the hosts car and made me to look out for options which is not available.

                    Car was rented through zoomcar host but was not returned after booking end time
                    My car was rented with zoomcar host app . My car is still not returned by the guest also no support from zoomcar host app. Requesting helpToday my car was booked by Mr. Ali Hussan. Booking ID number #JPSNJZNXT. So in the morning, he started the ride at 8 o'clock. He should return by the latest 6 pm, but he did not come. After many calls to him, he told me that my car had an accident. This is very heartbreaking for me. If my car had an accident, he did not tell me until now. Zoomcar did not allow to host to call and ask; I don't have any number. Zoomcar has not informed me yet. Please reply quickly regarding my car's condition. What is it, and whatever else, please contact me immediately and provide me with an alternative number or call me as soon as possible.                         I am zoomcar user since 2022. My account is been blacklisted for no reason due to which I am not able to book the car (image attached to this compliant).

                        Requesting zoomcar team to resolve the issue and revoke the blacklist ban from my account and allow me to use the zoomcar service again.

                          On dated 13 January, 2024, a Tata Tigor Zoom car was booked for an ride. On reaching the location to pick the car, the owner of the car denied to give the booked car as that car was supposed to go for servicing. And then ride was cancelled by our side and full refund was applicable. Even customer care had told that it will be refunded in a week. The status of refund on the app is till showing pending.

                          But still the refund is pending. I have tried numerous times for the same but there was no response from Zoomcar.

                              My account is been blacklisted for no reason and without prior intimation. Even you guys don't have customer carenumber where I can raise the issue. In-app customer help & support corner only deals with the issue with respect to previous trips and have no option with respect to generic issue and issues like blacklisting of account.

                              Kindly, resolve the issue as soon as possible, because I am facing unnecessary inconvenience.

                                I am writing to express my severe disappointment and to request immediate compensation due to a series o[censored]nfortunate events that transpired with my recent car booking. Please find the pertinent details of my reservation below:

                                - Booking ID: JPSNJJTSJ
                                - Scheduled Pickup Date and Time and drop date and time : May 12, 2024 14:00 May 13, 2024 18:00
                                - Vehicle model : Tata Tiago MT Diesel
                                - Host name - Senthil Kumar V

                                I had booked a vehicle through your service well in advance, specifically for the purpose of traveling to vote in the local elections. Regrettably, upon arrival at the pickup location 30 minutes before the scheduled time, I was informed that the car was not available, with no prior notice or explanation provided.

                                The host, Mr. Senthil Kumar, exhibited an unacceptable level o[censored]nprofessionalism by not responding to my repeated attempts to communicate through the Zoom Car app's chat feature. This lack of response left me without any assistance or alternative solutions from the host's side.

                                Furthermore, when I sought help from Zoom Car's customer care, I was met with long waiting times and an inability to connect with a representative who could assist me in this urgent matter. This added to my frustration and the overall negative experience, as I was left to deal with the situation without any support from your team.

                                As a result of this complete service failure, I had to make last-minute arrangements with a local car supplier, which cost me an additional Rs. 600 on top of the amount already paid to Zoom Car.

                                Given the gravity of the situation, apart from the full refund of my booking amount I am requesting a compensation for the extra Rs. 600 that I had to pay due to the unavailability of the car, the host's non-responsiveness, and the lack of timely support from Zoom Car's customer care.

                                This incident, along with previous encounters with customer service issues and vehicle unavailability, has led me to the decision to cease using Zoom Car services in the future.

                                I expect a prompt and thorough response to this complaint, along with a satisfactory resolution that includes the requested compensation and an explanation for the multiple failures on the part of Zoom Car. Your immediate attention to this matter is not only expected but necessary to uphold the standards of service that Zoom Car purports to provide.

                                Please find attached the receipts for the additional expenses I incurred. I await your swift action to address and rectify this situation.

                                Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter.

                                  I booked a car from your app on 10th May, however due to some issue my profile was not getting verified even after making the entire payment. I cancelled the booking and requested for a refund on 12th May. It’s showing on the app that the refund is initiated and also successful but I did not receive any amount in my account.                                     My name is Karan Khot and I’ve booked zoom car from Hyderabad for 5 days and have paid 11.5K rupees already.
                                    I’ve tried uploading all necessary documents on your app including passport, DL, Aadhar card and selfie however, you keep on rejecting my application. The documents are legit and clear to read.
                                    I’ve already spent 11.5K rupees and still have not been able to use the vehicle. This is frustrating!
                                    Please help me verify my profile or at least provide a refund!
