Zoomcar — My Refundable deposit not refunded for more than 2 months | |
I booked a Zoomcar on 27th September 2020 and paid a refundable deposit of Rs 3000. Which was supposed to be refunded back to me in 30 days. After the trip ended, I submitted all the necessary photos of the car on the platform. When we went to pick the car from their pick up point, their representative misbehaved with us and started fighting - he was for sure under influence of some substance. He told us that he will get our account blocked. I asked him for his employee ID which he didnt give. Right after I picked the car, I did submit a review for him, no action was taken. After I dropped the car, it showed us a refund will be given us for 3800 because we had returned the car way before the scheduled time. But two days later, it started showing only a refund of 999 was applicable, on contacting them they said it was because we had a dog in the car with us which we did not. Their representative did all of this to us. Now, even after a lotttt of emails, they are not responding to us, they have not refunded back a single penny to us. I have been emailing them, no response. They have no option on their app for me to call them now. I am stuck with this whole situation.
