Zoomcar — No Refund provided even after 3 months of completion. | |
I had booked zoom-car on 12th Sep'2020 but just before 2 hours of booking they have cancelled my booking and from then onwards, I am simply waiting for my refund till date. They are keep copy pasting same replies to my tweets and personnel messages to their twitter account. They are not at all reachable by any customer care number and never replying any emails for mine for asking refunds. Tried on every possible social media but no luck so here raising a consumer forum complaint.
