Zoomcar — Not Recieved the Expected refund of 5120 Rupees for the Cancelled Trip (Booking ID: JPSGN6NWR) | |||
Booked a Hyundai Creta for 2 days on the 24th January 2021 and had to cancel the trip for personal Reasons. Zoomcar Collected a Total amount of 7442, out of which rs. 2322 was charged as Cancellation Fees. Now i am Expecting the remaining amout of Rs. 5120 from Zoomcar. As per company policy, it was supposed to be refunded into my Bank account within 30 days. Which has not been Refunded till date. (Booking ID: JPSGN6NWR) When i reach out to customer care, there is no response whatsoever and it just goes to an Automated response system. I want my Refund Back! I am attaching the Booking Screenshot of Zoomcar App which clearly mentiones as Expected refund of Rs. 5120 Was this information helpful? | |||
