[Resolved] Zoomcar — pedl trip not ending | |||
On monday evening i had used a pedl bicycle and after using it for 20 minutes i parked it at a pedl station. Since then i am trying to end the trip but the trip is not ending and i am getting charged more money. It has been five hours. When i try to end the trip it says "could not connect to paytm wallet". When in fact it is connected to paytm wallet. I have sent several emails to customer care. But there has been no response. There is no number where i can contact. Please end my pedl trip. Now i am getting messages that i should end my trip or i will have to pay outstanding amount. There is no way to contact these guys. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
