Zoomcar — Refund didn't get

I have booked a car on 6th May, 2020 and cancelled same on 4th May, 2020, for which i have paid amount of Rs. 3, 444(Deposit- Rs.3, 000 and Fare - 444), But did not get the refund of Rs.3, 444 even after today(it's been since 10 months.
Please provide the refund within one month
