I had booked 2 trips with Zoomcar. The first one ended on 9th Jan (JPS6NXHRG) and the other ended on 24th Jan (JPS6N6Z19). I read it somewhere that the company has extended the refund time to 30 days, which i was okay with. But now it's been more than 30 days and still no refund is made. There is absolutely no way to contact the customer care as the IVR won't let you talk to a customer executive if you don't have a future booking. Why would someone having queries about Refund be having a future booking. This is sheer case of negligence and ignorance from the company's side. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 07, 2021 Updated by saabu_sir I received a mail from the company asking my contact details. I have already got my account verified with my contact number and not sure why would they require it separately. However, i replied to the mail and now the email ([protected]@gmail.com) seems be fake as i received a notification that "Address not found". This is not the behaviour a customer expects from such a big company. No other means to contact the customer care. How is this still not checked by any of the authorities and the company still continues to take bookings.
