[Resolved] Zoomcar — refund issues and unethical behaviour | |||||
This is regarding my zoomcar vehicle booking made with id: jps6bwslw on 18 may 2019 2:30 am to 19 may 2019 10:30 pm. (Mahindra kuv 100 - red colour - ts07uf5135) total kms given 660 including fuel. 1. First of all i was given a vehicle with zero fuel at time of pick-up at 2:30 in the night. 2. Car condition was very bad, it was untidy from inside and outside. 3. I have re-fueled the vehicle with 3000/- and i have received a refund of 2483/- to my account. Remaining amount wasn't credit as zoomcar credits either. For that, i raised a request regarding the refund, no proper response was given from the customer support till now. 4. They usually disconnect calls while clarifying any queries like this. This happened to me number of times. It shows that, how rude and lack of interest upon clearing the customer queries. 5. Upon all these, now i see an outstanding charges for a booking which is no-where related. (Booking id: jpss68xmh) and is affecting my future bookings. Poor customer support. Complicated payment summary is generated each and every time. Lack of standards. Self pick-up option is unpredictable. Was this information helpful? | |||||
